Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

We process submitted text, context and tone, request identifiers, processing time, and outcome. For accounts and paid plans, we also process email, authentication and session data, plan status, order and provider customer identifiers, and billing events. We do not receive or store full card details. To enforce limits and prevent abuse, we use a non-reversible hash derived from network identifiers. If you contact us, we process your email address and message.

2. How information is used

• Generate and return keigo conversion results.
• Enforce daily limits, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• Investigate failures, improve quality, and answer support requests.
• Measure aggregate usage with Google Analytics without submitted text or conversion results.

3. Service providers

We use Cloudflare to deliver the service, authenticate accounts, and operate its database. For conversion, submitted text is sent over encrypted connections to the APIMart AI API and processed by the configured language model. Creem provides hosted checkout, payment, subscription, customer-portal, tax, and refund services. Each provider may process operational logs and transaction data under its own privacy policy.

4. Storage and retention

KeigoLens does not store submitted text or conversion results in its database. Daily rate-limit records contain no submitted text and are periodically deleted after their limit window expires. Account, order, subscription, and refund records are retained while needed to provide access, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal duties. Providers may process security and operational logs under their own policies.

5. Your choices

Contact the published privacy address to request information, access, correction, or deletion where applicable. KeigoLens enables aggregate analytics by default; you can disable or re-enable analytics through Analytics settings.

6. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, separated secrets, and usage limits. Minors should use the service with guardian consent where required. Material changes will be identified by the effective date and version shown on this page.
