1. Information we process

We process the text submitted for conversion, the selected context and tone, a request identifier, processing time, and outcome. To enforce daily limits and prevent abuse, we use a non-reversible hash derived from network identifiers. If you contact us, we process your email address and message.

2. How information is used

• Generate and return keigo conversion results.
• Enforce daily limits, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
• Investigate failures, improve quality, and answer support requests.
• Measure aggregate usage without submitted text if analytics is enabled.

3. Service providers

We use Cloudflare to deliver the service and operate its database. For conversion, submitted text is sent over encrypted connections to the APIMart AI API and processed by the configured language model. KeigoLens does not currently offer accounts or payments. Each provider may process operational logs under its own privacy policy.

4. Storage and retention

KeigoLens does not store submitted text or conversion results in its database. Daily rate-limit records contain no submitted text and are periodically deleted after their limit window expires. Providers may process security and operational logs under their own policies. Support messages are retained only as needed to respond and meet legal obligations.

5. Your choices

Contact the published privacy address to request information, access, correction, or deletion where applicable. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies can be managed through the choices presented by the service.

6. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, separated secrets, and usage limits. Minors should use the service with guardian consent where required. Material changes will be identified by the effective date and version shown on this page.
